ICE

ICE stands for Internal Combustion Engine, the part of the F1 power unit that converts fuel combustion into mechanical power. Under the 2026 regulations, Formula 1 continues to use a 1.6-litre 90-degree V6 turbocharged engine, working together with the electrical system as part of the hybrid power unit.
