Dual Axis Steering

An innovative steering system introduced by the Mercedes team in 2020. It allowed the driver to adjust the toe angle of the front wheels in real-time by pulling or pushing the steering wheel. This provided advantages in tire temperature management and straight-line speed, but it was banned by regulations starting in 2021.
