This refers to the primary strategy or plan prepared by a team before the start of an F1 race, often mentioned over team radio. To account for unsuitable conditions, alternative plans such as Plan B or Plan C are also prepared. When an unscheduled pit stop is made, it is humorously referred to as Plan F.
