A transparent cover made of reinforced plastic (polycarbonate) mounted on the front of the driver's helmet. It protects the eyes from stones or debris flying at speeds exceeding 300 km/h. To maintain clear vision, 'tear-off' films can be layered and removed one by one when they become dirty.
